Teton Technology is proud to offer an affordable tank monitoring system that leaves complexities behind. We use a float-based, digital measurement system that follows the liquid level. Our unique method is virtually unsusceptible to bulk density variances, liquid types and barometric pressure. The system is compatible with most chemicals for your chemical storage tank needs.
We believe you should have more data.
The tank management dashboard allows you to stay in control of your inventory and make time sensitive decisions. We use a smart reporting system that updates periodically based on activity at the tank. If tanks are in a stable state (not being used), the system updates every hour. On the other hand, if a tank is being used, the tank will update its most recent value instantly. This ensures that you always have the most up to date tank levels at no extra cost to you.
This slider allows you to quickly see all of the tanks that are less than the slider value percentage. To see all tanks that are less than 50% volume capacity, drag the slider over to 50%. The list will instantly zero in on those tanks. Use the live-search text box to instantly sort the list by tank name.
Quickly see all of your tank levels and stay up to date.
More detail can be found by clicking on a tank's row. This will open up the detail sidebar where tank configuration, status, and alarm settings can be found.
The smart graph computes gallons used while considering deliveries. The time frame window can be dragged around to highlight a time frame of interest and will instantly update values displayed below the graph. This allows you to analyze flow rates and keep track of deliveries and inventory.
We will tell you when there is activity at your tank!
Be alerted on delivery, usage, and abnormal usage.
Clicking on the megaphone icon will put your tank into an abnormal usage mode. All that is needed is an entry of how many gallons/day is considered normal.
Click on the up arrow to be alerted whenever there is a delivery at the tank.
Click on the down arrow to be alerted whenever the tank is being used.
The float measurement system provides a liquid level resolution of 0.1 inches. Percentage Error decreases as the height of the tank increases. Percentage Error is calculated by (0.1" / TankHeight(inches) x 100. Cross-sectional area of the tank determines how much volume the gauge may be off at any given time which is expressed as .1 x Area(inches^2) x 0.00432900433 in gallons. For example a 12' diameter tank could be off by much as +- 7.05 gallons. The behavior of such is different considering a horizontal cylinder tank but can be approximated with the largest cross-sectional area of the tank for a worst case calculation. Precision will depend on initial measurement of liquid level.
